Add the new SOC Analyst Agent step (Number of investigation per day, Allow Overage) to the Set Baseline flow in both the standard and Flex create-and-manage-orgs docs, cross-linked to the SOC Analyst Agent doc. Replace the now-redundant credits-calculator screenshots with a single screenshot of the full baseline dialog, and add a service release note.

The PR cross-links to the SOC Analyst Agent doc from the org-provisioning docs, but the SOC Analyst Agent doc's rate limiting FAQ was telling users to "ask your Sumo Logic representative" to change their investigation volume — missing that parent org admins can now set this themselves in the baseline dialog.
